Thankfully I don't like those cookies otherwise I'd be in the same boat! I recieved a lot during the holidays!
They weren't even allowed to enter my house this year for the same reason! Any ice cream that entered for the month of December had to have nuts in it, too, so I wouldn't touch it.
Bright side: they're all gone now :-)
I say forgive yourself, move on and move your buns ;-)
Next week work in some little treats of things that you like and make sure to do it every week. It helps negate the feelings of things being "forbidden" and it makes a difference :-)
It's not "what" you eat, but what "else" you eat, right?

Oh man, I haven't had one of those since I was a kid. My mom always had those tins around. I know if I had a tin I would be hard pressed not to eat the whole damn thing.
